The AOSOS Multi-Agency / Multi-Program design allows services to be designated with multiple program funding streams, creating all necessary program enrollments. AOSOS automatically manages the relationships between enrollments, including those designated by the state as participating in Common Measures. AOSOS automatically tracks and maintains enrollments as services are added or cancelled and as funding is obligated or de-obligated.
The Multi-Agency / Multi-Program design enables states to customize the rules for each program, including:

- Soft exits – number of days, notification
